A $45 price will usually provide for a catered dinner. An appropriately sized conference or boardroom can be an inexpensive venue. State chapter staff can handle online and onsite registration and payment. One model that has worked well is to start at 6:30 PM with social conversation over wine, beer and soft drinks, buffet line at 7 or 7:15, introductions after seating, and then start the 40 minute evening presentation at 7:15 or 7:30. Qualifying credits are available to attendees is an application is submitted well in advance to ACHE.
