About the Program
Join us on September 15 at Maggiano’s in Buckhead as our panel of experts looks at “The Current and Future State of our Healthcare Workforce.”
The COVID-19 outbreak caused a substantial shift in the availability of staff and resources and the accessibility of timely delivery of care. In response to the evolving needs, organizations have shifted staff in a variety of ways to ensure they were able to effectively screen, triage, and care for patients.
This panel will focus on how organizations are addressing staff morale, retention, and the future of staffing.
Panelists Will Discuss:
- The biggest challenges with staffing and safety of the workforce during the pandemic.
- How their organizations and others are managing staff morale.
- The outcomes of layoffs, service suspensions, and return to work.
- How organizational policies and procedures stood up during the COVID-19 outbreak.
- Staffing policies that were adjusted or changed as a result of COVIID-19.
- Measures their organizations are taking for future preparedness.
Networking Time
Registration opens at 11:30 am and we will have 30 minutes of networking time before and after the program, with plenty of time for questions and answers during the program. Lunch will be served beginning at 11:30 am.
