THURSDAY MAY 19 IN-PERSON ACHE of Georgia F2F LUNCHEON & MEETING

May 19, 2022 @ 11:30 am - 2:00 pm

“Leading a Successful Multigenerational Organization”

May 19 In-Person Lunch and Learn Approved for 1.5 Hours of ACHE Face-to-Face Credit!

About the Program
Join us  on May 19, at Maggiano’s in Buckhead, as our panel of experts looks at “Leading a Successful Multigenerational Organization.”

In today’s complex healthcare environment, a multigenerational workforce presents unfamiliar terrain for healthcare leaders. As a result, conflicts may develop in healthcare organizations due to generational differences in core values and work-related issues.

Other factors include economic and political differences, the size of each generation’s population, the transition of younger generations to leadership roles, and social influences of the generational periods. This combination of factors results in further conflict among healthcare employees. Healthcare executives must take proactive steps to create cohesion across generational segments.

Panelists Will Discuss:

  • Challenges healthcare leaders encounter with multigenerational organizations.
  • How multigenerational conflicts affect organizational culture and patient care.
  • Issues related to recruitment of a multigenerational workforce.
  • The benefits of a multigenerational workforce.
  • Ways organizations have incorporated multigenerational issues into continuing professional development and training.

Networking Time
Registration opens at 11:30 am and we will have 30 minutes of networking time before and after the program, with plenty of time for questions and answers during the program. Lunch will be served beginning at 11:30 am.
