ACHE of Georgia is pleased to announce that our March 17 face-to-face lunch and learn program will be in person at Maggiano’s. There is no registration cap for this meeting, which will offer 1.5 hours of ACHE Face-to-Face credit. See below for event safety measures. To register, click here.
Today’s workplace calls for the development of high-performance work teams to manage dynamic healthcare environments. Our panelists will present strategies to design and implement collaborative work systems. The program will begin with a brief presentation by the moderator, followed by remarks from each of the panelists. The program will conclude with a 30-minute question-and-answer period.
Panelists Will Discuss:
- The cultures of organizations and how they embrace teamwork and collaboration.
- Rewarding individual contributions to team efforts.
- What are the characteristics of the high- and low-functioning teams.
- How to measure team success.
Networking Time
Registration opens at 11:30 am and we will have 30 minutes of networking time before and after the program, with plenty of time for questions and answers during the program. Lunch will be served beginning at 11:30 am.
Event Safety Measures
A recent survey of ACHE of Georgia’s membership found that more than half are ready for in-person events now. In organizing this event, ACHE of Georgia and Maggiano’s will comply with CDC guidance.
We will be using a Red, Yellow, Green dot system on name badges to indicate your comfort level when interacting with others.
