There is no doubt that having to work for or with difficult people impacts on your individual performance capacity. Challenging behavior inhibits the ability to create trust, compassion, safety, and hope, in personal relationships and within teams jeopardizing key aspects of performance: unity, cohesion, and clarity.

Join us on September 21 as internationally recognized leadership expert, speaker, and author Dr. Michael E. Frisina looks at strategies for dealing with difficult people. And earn 1.5 hours of ACHE face-to-face education credit.

There is no single, simple strategy that works on every difficult person. They come in disruptive behaviors of four assorted flavors: your difficult person could be your boss, a coworker, your subordinate, a vendor, even customers. Fortunately, a tailor-made strategy exists to manage difficult people and their disruptive behavior. Learning this strategy will ensure your ability to focus on your job responsibilities and remain engaged to further the objectives and interests of your organization.
