What keeps leaders in healthcare IT awake at night? It’s issues like workforce, cybersecurity, the move to value-based care and consumerism – and those are the topics that will be covered at the 8th annual Health IT Leadership Summit on November 7, 2017. The event will be held at the Crowne Plaza at Ravinia and ranks as one of the nation’s premier health IT events.
Shahid Shah, publisher of Netspective Media, will open the conference with a presentation on “How the Rise of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Will Impact the Role of Clinicians.” Chesley Richards, MD, MPH, FACP, Deputy Director for Public Health Scientific Services at CDC, as well as the Director of the Office of Public Health Scientific Services, will provide the closing keynote.
The Summit schedule was designed for busy professionals, with informational sessions ending at 2:00 PM followed by a Workforce Module, “Connecting Talent with Opportunities,” from 2:00 – 4:30 PM.
