Topic: “Diversity in Healthcare Management” — Diversity, inclusion, tolerance, awareness… Healthcare organizations experience their own unique challenges when it comes to these sensitive topics. They require leadership that nurtures these conversations and increases awareness, whether it is in the exam room, board room, or in the hallways. Our panelists will lead a realistic discussion about diversity and leadership’s responsibility in effectively encouraging it and integrating it into strategic initiatives. They will share their experiences of forging and nurturing culturally competent and diverse leadership teams and promoting equitable care
