As health delivery continues to shift, so must its care model and supporting culture. How can hospital infrastructure rise to support and strengthen these evolving care models? Who leads the conversations/ design thinking and proposes the change needed to create environments that accommodate these shifts? When one project alone needs to satisfy a diverse set of stakeholder desires and needs, how does the integrated design and construction team cull, develop, and coordinate diverse voices both together and apart? And finally, can stakeholder driven design processes politically instigate change and cultivate a culture towards sustained community health?
