Carl Armato is the president and chief executive officer for Novant Health. Since joining Novant Health in 1998 as the VP of finance and operations for the physician division, Armato has served in numerous roles including SVP of materials management and logistics, COO for Presbyterian Healthcare, president and CEO for Presbyterian Healthcare, president of Novant Health markets, and COO for Novant Health. The board of trustees appointed him to his current position in January 2012.
