About Our Program

Our guest speaker is Andrew Cox, Chief of Staff and Vice President of Leadership Development, at WellStar Health System. As a member of the C-suite for one of the largest health systems in the Southeast, with 9 hospitals and more than 25,000 team members, Andrew has become a nationally sought-after expert on leadership development, culture, and the growing role of the Chief of Staff across all industries.
Andrew is passionate about developing others to their fullest potential and cultivating a positive workplace culture. Through his leadership and experience in leading large-scale initiatives, he has contributed to WellStar’s overall success by leading human resources and operational efforts.
This session will be moderated by Marion Spears Karr, FACHE, and Nicole Denham. All attendees are invited to participate in the program and share their insights and questions. This free session offers 1 hour of ACHE Qualified Credit. The program format provides a more informal format that allows more time for audience interaction and networking.
